Installation Step for AS 5.0, Please need more specific step Опции

I am new in AS, i'm confuse installing this.

1. After all chmod set, i run the setup and this message appear

it prompt me user and password. I dunno because i never set it up.

As i know, almost all cms need to be setup first (as visual form);
