Да стиль можешь даже и не трогать!
При добавлении новости выдели текст (цвет которого нужно поменять) и внизу окна редактора есть список "Цвет" там выбери нужный. ВсЁ!

For default all text on page has standard text style, you can change this style in style.css

Also, you can add to media catalog module your own style and add this style to style css.
For example

also you can change text-size etc.

How can I change the background in media and files that light color under the blue tab in the picture, where is the code where I have to edit.

You can change this in CSS. This will looks like this:

Edit your style.css

Change:

.bodyline        { background: #FFF; border: 1px #099C09 solid; }

to:

КОД

.bodyline        { background: #252525; border: 1px #099C09 solid; }

And after this update page in you browser (Cltr+F5).
